Part 1 – Session 4
Skill Development: Performance under pressure
Part 1 | Long Game Training
Time: 2o Minutes
Part 2 | Putt Games
Time: 2o Minutes
Time: 5 min | Number of Balls: 6
Circle of 6 Balls. To add pressure, don’t stop without getting all 6 putts. Each time you miss one putt, do the whole 6 putts again. See if you can hole all 6 putts. If you have tried 5 times, stop the exercise the latest.

Hit 6x Putts from 5 feet, see if you can hole all. Otherwise start again. Very difficult!
Play this game together with a partner. Add some playing pressure by playing for a drink etc.
How do you play “defend your hole”?

Circle of 6 Balls from 3 feet. You start on opposite sides and counterclockwise or clockwise. Only if you hole the putt you advance to the next position.

As soon as one player reaches the other one, the overtaker has won. It’s not about speed, players but alternating.
As soon as one player completes two rounds, player has won.
Time: 7 min | Number of Balls: 2

You can play this from different distances, 3-6 feet.
Or if you have different skill levels, one player can play from 3ft and the other one from 5ft for example.
Time: 8 min | Number of Balls: 9
Let’s see how close you can come to the PRO Average? A PRO makes one putt from each distance.

It should be 9 different holes or putts.
2 Putts from 5ft
3 Putts from 10ft
4 Putts from 15ft
Try to make as much putts as possible. One holed putt from each distance is the Tour average

After all 9 putts, evaluate what was the biggest challenge
