Session 1

Skill Development: Ability to change Clubhead Speed

Part 1 | Driver Distance

Time: 2o Minutes

Clubhead speed is mainly generated with your wrists. Since your wrists are the center point of your motion. The quicker you can move your wrists the faster your clubhead speed will be.

After you have optimised your wrists, you can start to create additional speed with your body. This is why the drills first focus on very loose and flexible wrists.

Time: 10 min | Number of Balls: 10-20

In order to create maximum clubhead speed you need to have very loose hands. Maximize speed by hitting with a very flexible and loose grip.

5x shots with soft Hands

5x shots with pressure in your hands and feel the difference. Focus on what creates Speed.

Within the 10 minutes you can repeat these two sets as often as you want.
