Part 1 | Long Game Training
Time: 2o Minutes
Part 2 | Short & Mid Putts
Time: 2o Minutes
Time: 7 min | Number of Balls: 1
This is an exercise to practice your green reading abilities.

Find any breaking putt between 2 and 15 ft. Start with 5 feet first.

Putt straight at the hole. Putt your ball with an ideal speed of 1 ft passed the hole. The ball will break and not go in.

Mark the spot where the ball stops at 1 foot passed the hole. This gives you the break of the putt.

You can find your target point on the other side at the same distance.

Walk around the green and find target points for your putts.

Do this green reading test for 7 Putts.
2ft | 4ft | 6ft | 8 ft | 10ft | 12 ft | 14 ft
Time: 6 min | Number of Balls: 1
This is an exercise to practice your green reading abilities.

Find a breaking putt between 0 and 15 feet. Start with 10 feet first. Walk to the middle of the Putt and get a feeling for the slope with your feet.

Now place a Tee where you think the Target Point is. Then putt straight at the hole and see if your opposite point matches this Target Point.

Every time you find a putt just try to figure out with your body how much the break is.

Time: 7 min | Number of Balls: 1
This final drill brings it all together, it is about using all three factors in your individual style.
Just hit it, you learned these skills with the previous drills already.
